"It's hard to find a job": Serbian coach kicked out of Estonia for supporting Putin begs for help

Serbian futsal coach Vladimir Jovanovic, who was previously kicked out of an Estonian club for wishing long life to Kremlin dictator Vladimir Putin, asked for help from Russia because he could not work in Europe. The former Smsraha player admitted that he is unlikely to be invited to big-name teams now.

Jovanovic said this in an interview with Sport24. The expert also added that he sees nothing wrong in supporting the president of the aggressor country that unleashed a criminal war against Ukraine, and asked to be invited to one of the Russian teams.

"I don't know what the reaction will be in other Western European countries if they find out about me and this incident. An innocent one, it seems. It's hard for me to find a job now. I would be glad if someone helped me in Russia. I have been playing futsal for 25 years and I am ready to help any club as a coach. I know that Russia has a strong league, with Serbs and Brazilians playing there. I would be glad if someone understood me and helped me get back to work," Jovanovic said.

Earlier, the Serbian coach swore allegiance to Putin, calling him "the best man in the world" who "fights for the freedom of all of us."
