"Complete assholes": Russian functionary lashes out at the West and calls Putin the guarantor of the truth

President of the Sambo-70 Sports and Education Center Renat Laishev has spoken out against foreigners over the disqualification of figure skater Kamila Valiyeva. The accomplice of Vladimir Putin's dictatorial regime called it a global conspiracy and a complete lie that the athlete was doping.

Laishev said this in an interview with the Sport Day by Day publication. The head of the Moscow Sambo Federation said that the main argument for Valiyeva's innocence was the presence of the skater next to Putin at the opening ceremony of the so-called Future Games, which took place in late February.

"She had the president with her, who paid attention to her, so he trusts her. And we trust our president. This is in support of her and all the female athletes who have been unfairly slandered by the West. It's true, we see this in all its forms today. They are complete assholes. Zero tolerance for doping? I don't see these condemners at all. She never used doping. It was the liars who said that," Laishev burst into hysterics.

As a reminder, the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne (CAS) found Valiyeva guilty of violating anti-doping rules and disqualified her for four years. In court, the Russian Federation could not even prove the existence of Kamila's grandfather, who allegedly made her a cake containing a banned substance. At the time of the Beijing Olympics, 60 different substances were found in the blood of the figure skater, who was 15 years old.

Valiyeva herself has already been called a replacement for Alina Kabayeva in the entourage of dictator Vladimir Putin. The figure skater also became a laughingstock online after she bent over backwards for the Kremlin leader. Kamila also made a ridiculous excuse for doping.
