The most delicious lard spread in a hurry: better than any store-bought options

The idea of making a delicious bacon spread was published on the Instagram page of chef Olha Riabenko. It is best served on toasted black bread.

Ingredients:

• lard – 200 g;
• garlic – 5 cloves;
• dill – 1 bunch;
• paprika – 1 tsp;
• ground pepper – ½ tsp;
• favorite spices – to taste.

Method of preparation:

1. Peel the lard from the skin and cut into small cubes.

2. Put it in a blender.

3. Add garlic and dill and whisk until smooth.

4. Add paprika and pepper and beat again.

5. Transfer to a storage container and sprinkle with your favorite spices.

6. Serve with toasted black bread.
