Ingredients
- Cream cheese - 450 gr
- Powdered sugar - 100 gr
- Eggs - 2 pcs
- Corn starch - 20 g
- Cream 33% - 210 g
- Vanilla extract
Method of preparation
1. It is important that all ingredients are at room temperature.
2. Mix the cream cheese and powdered sugar.
3. Add the eggs one by one and mix gently until smooth.
4. Add the starch. Stir.
5. Add cream and vanilla extract. Mix again.
6. Put the siliconized baking parchment in a 16 cm diameter mold.
7. Preheat the oven to 230 degrees on the bottom-up mode and bake for 35 minutes, or until the caramel crust is burnt on top.
8. Leave the cheesecake at room temperature until it cools completely, then put it in the fridge to stabilize for 8 hours.
