The incredible combination of flavors is sure to please everyone. In Greece, people make something similar - the dish is called feta saganaki.
Ingredients
- feta cheese - 1 pc
- flour
- egg
- sesame seeds
- honey
- olive oil
The method of preparation
1. Dip the feta cheese first in flour, then in egg, and then in sesame seeds.
2. Fry in a well-heated frying pan with olive oil on each side.
3. Sesame seeds fry very quickly and can burn, so fry each side for no more than 30 seconds.
4. Pour honey over the finished dish and enjoy.
