New Year's salad "Pomegranate bracelet" made of beets, fillet and pomegranate: it will be delicious and satisfying
Beetroot salads are the best dish on any table. In addition, beets go well with all vegetables, herring, fillets, herbs, cheese, and eggs.

Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 200 g of chicken breast fillet
- 2 beets
- 2 carrots
- 3-4 potatoes
- 40-45 g of walnuts
- 1 pickled onion
- 1 pomegranate
- mayonnaise - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Boil hard-boiled eggs for 10 minutes, chicken, beets, carrots and potatoes until tender. Finely chop the fillet. Grate the vegetables and eggs on a coarse grater. Chop the nuts and onions. Remove the seeds from the pomegranate.
2. Place a glass in the center of the plate. Layer potatoes, half of the beets, carrots, nuts, half of the chicken, onions, eggs, the remaining meat, and beets around it. After each layer, except for the nut and onion layers, make a grid of mayonnaise or just brush it on.
3. Carefully remove the glass. Spread mayonnaise over the salad, including the inside of the ring. Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds!
