Like a Tiguan, but cooler: a new crossover based on VW was shown online

The 2025 Cupra Terramar crossover based on the inexpensive Volkswagen Tiguan crossover was shown with a cool design. Interestingly, this model was previously officially declassified, but with a different appearance.

The Cupra Terramar model is a more stylish and sporty version of the VW Tiguan. The Digimods DESIGN channel showed how this car could look like in 2025 after restyling.

But in fact, the Cupra Terramar was presented quite recently as a new model of the Spanish brand based on the 3rd generation VW Tiguan. In general, the design was made in the style of other Cupra models with spectacular lighting and sharp lines. However, it is noticeable that this is a Volkswagen in a "tracksuit."

Among the powertrains are expected to be 1.5-liter (150 hp) and 2-liter (204 and 265 hp) inline four-cylinder engines, the same as in the Tiguan. As well as several hybrid modifications with a capacity of 204 and 272 hp.

Cupra was a line of sports models of the Spanish company SEAT until 2018, and now it is a separate brand.
