Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 850 g
- onion - 1 pc
- carrot - 1 pc
- potatoes - 150 g
- chicken eggs - 2 pcs
- sour cream - 3 tbsp
- garlic - 2 cloves
- corn starch (or flour) - 3 tbsp
- herbs, salt, pepper, paprika, dried tomatoes.
- oil for frying - 10 g
Method of preparation:
1. Finely chop the meat.
2. Grate the vegetables.
3. Add the remaining ingredients.
4. Mix everything thoroughly.
5. Fry the cutlets on both sides until golden brown.
