Ingredients:

• Large apples - 4 pcs
• Melted butter - 4 tbsp
• Brown sugar - 3 tbsp.
• Apple pie spice mix - 1.5 tsp.
• Caramel - 8 pieces
• Vanilla ice cream
• Caramel sauce

Method of preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.

2. Cut off the top of the apples and take out the core with a spoon, forming a depression almost to the end of the fruit.

3. Form a "flower" from the fruit as in the photo, making additional cuts.

4. Mix the melted butter with the spices.

5. Put caramel candies inside each apple and pour the butter mixture over them.

6. Put the fruit in a baking dish with a little water on the bottom.
