Delicious beet appetizer for the New Year's table: how to cook
The New Year's table should look beautiful and be filled with a wide variety of dishes. Main courses, salads, and desserts are served on New Year's Eve, but appetizers are the most popular.
Food blogger Inna Kliuchnyk shared a recipe for one of them. On Instagram, she shared how to make a delicious beet appetizer that will not only be tasty but also decorate the festive table.
Ingredients
- Pickled cucumbers – 2 pcs
- Boiled eggs – 1 pc
- Processed cheese – 2 pcs
- Walnuts – 50 gr
- Garlic
- Mayonnaise
- Beetroot
- Herbs and parsley
The way of preparation
1. Cut the cucumbers into small cubes.
2. Add finely chopped walnuts.
3. Grate the boiled egg and processed cheeses.
4. Add the chopped garlic.
5. Add garlic, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
6. Cut the boiled beetroot into thin slices, put the filling on it, and fold it in half.
7. Roll the edge with the filling in herbs, put it on a plate, and serve it on the table.
