Beetroot is a versatile vegetable for a variety of dishes. Salads are especially tasty. But in addition to the classic oil dressing, you can use sour cream. Also, add a little garlic and melted cheese – the result will pleasantly surprise you.
The idea of making an elementary beet salad with melted cheese was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Valeria Pytel. The dish is perfect even for a festive table.
Ingredients:
- medium beets - 2 pcs.
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- processed cheese - 2 pcs.
- garlic - 2 cloves
- salt - to taste.
- sour cream - 2-3 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Wrap the beets in foil beforehand.
2. Bake in the oven until tender.
3. Grate beets, eggs, and processed cheese on a coarse grater.
4. Squeeze the garlic.
5. Add salt.
6. Season with sour cream and mix.
