Vinaigrette in a new way: we share the most original recipe
One of the most delicious, quick, healthy homemade salads is vinaigrette. For a bright flavor, you can add herring, canned corn, capers, anchovies, olives, even feta, and sauerkraut with mushrooms.
The cook shared a recipe for a delicious, healthy, and budget-friendly vinaigrette with pumpkin seed oil on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- Beets - 1 pc.
- Carrots - 1 pc.
- Potatoes - 1 pc.
- Fresh cucumber - 1 pc.
- Canned cucumber - 1 pc.
- Purple onion - 1 pc.
- Canned peas - 100 g
- Pumpkin seed oil - 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the beets, potatoes, and carrots until tender. Cut the vegetables into small cubes. Cut the onion into slices.
2. Put the beets in a large bowl and toss with the oil. Leave for 5 minutes. Then add the potatoes, carrots, cucumbers, onions, and peas to the beets. Add salt to taste.
3. At the last stage of cooking, simply mix all the ingredients well together.
