They won't fall apart and won't burn: we share the secret of successful syrniki

Syrniki are a great dish for a healthy and tasty breakfast. For them to be successful, the cottage cheese must be rubbed well through a sieve.

The chef shared a recipe on Instagram for delicious and successful syrniki that won't fall apart.

Ingredients:

  • Cottage cheese 5% 500 g
  • Sugar 50 g
  • Vanilla sugar 1 tsp
  • Egg 1 pc
  • Rice flour 30 g

Method of preparation:

1. Be sure to grind the cottage cheese through a sieve, this will make it more airy, and the finished syrniki will have an evenly smooth texture. These proportions make 7-8 medium-sized syrniki.

2. Fry for 3 minutes on each side, if you want them more cooked, cover the pan with a lid.

Serve on a pillow of custard and mix sliced kiwi, pomegranate, orange and honey separately!
