Ingredients:
- milk (barely warm) - 500 ml.

- flour - 1.5 cups (220 g)

- a pinch of salt
- butter or lard for frying
Method of preparation:
1. Combine eggs with sugar and salt.
2. Add the sifted flour in portions.
3. Mix well with a whisk and pour in the slightly warm milk. It is important to do these steps in such an order that the pancakes do not have lumps.
4. Stir until combined and add the oil at the end.
5. Stir and leave the dough to rest for 15 minutes.
