The idea of making crispy dough for fried pies was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Tetiana Riabokin (mama na kykhne). You need to use pressed yeast.
Ingredients:
- water - 170 ml
- pressed yeast - 30 g
- egg - 1 pc
- salt
- sugar
- melted butter - 60 g
- flour - 500 g
- filling - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Add yeast to warm water.
2. Add sugar and salt.
3. Leave for 15 minutes.
4. Then add all the remaining ingredients and gradually add flour.
5. Knead soft dough.
6. Leave for an hour to rise.
7. Grease your hands and surface with vegetable oil, form pies, and fry them as usual.
