The most delicious chicken and Korean carrot salad: what to cook for the New Year 2025
It is impossible to list all the salad recipes that exist in the world. But we usually choose only those that we like best. We cook them for our families and share them with friends.
A food blogger with the nickname cook with me at home shared one of these salads on Instagram. This dish has no name, but, according to the cook, it is the most delicious of all with the addition of Korean carrots and chicken.

Ingredients
- Corn - ½ can
- Korean carrots - 200 gr
- Eggs - 3-4 pcs
- Cucumbers - 5 pcs
- Chicken fillet - 1 pc
- Salt
- Pepper
- Mayonnaise\yogurt
The way of cooking
1. Put drained corn and Korean-style carrots in a deep bowl.
Cut the cucumbers into strips.

2. Dice the eggs and add to the total mass.
3. Boil, bake or fry the chicken.
Add the remaining ingredients.
