Tastier than meat: hearty stuffed mushrooms with minced meat and cheese in the oven
Champignons can be the basis for making delicious soups, appetizers, hot sandwiches, pizzas, and salads. They can also be deliciously stuffed with minced meat, cheese, and vegetables.
The cook shared a recipe for delicious stuffed mushrooms in breadcrumbs on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- Champignon mushrooms – 12 pcs.
- Mini mozzarella – 12 pcs.
- Minced meat – 250 g
- Mustard – 1 tsp.
- Salt, pepper
- Ricotta – 50 g
- Flour for breading
- Eggs – 2 pcs.
- Breadcrumbs
Method of preparation:
1. Wash and clean the mushrooms from the legs.
2. Mix the minced meat with the ricotta. Add mustard, salt and pepper.
3. Put mini mozzarella and 1 tbsp of minced meat in each mushroom cap.
4. Form balls and roll them in flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs. Put on a baking sheet with parchment and grease the baking sheet with oil.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180C.
