Demin commented on Uzelkov's death

Famous TV presenter Slava Demin reacted sharply to the death of boxer Viacheslav Uzelkov, who died on November 9 at the age of 45. According to the journalist, the former athlete had a difficult personality and even threatened him because of an interview with the athlete's ex-wife Maryna Borzhemska.

Dyomin wrote about this openly on his Telegram channel, commenting on the death of the former boxer, who became famous on television thanks to the shows "Ukraine's Got Talent," "Dancing with the Stars," and "Weighed and Happy." He expressed confidence that Uzelkov was constantly struggling with himself, believing that the outside world was aggressive towards him.

"Viacheslav was a difficult man. More than one person told me about his difficult character and strange behavior. He also wrote unpleasant things about me and openly threatened me personally after our interview with his ex-wife. But I never brought it up in public, because I realized that it was not Viacheslav speaking, but his wounded soul. It seemed to me that he had been fighting with himself for a long time, believing that the whole world was against him," said Demin.

As a reminder, Uzelkov left a mark on Ukraine not only with his sporting achievements but also with high-profile scandals. His life contained both great victories and difficult moments that made his personality even more prominent and vivid.

After Viacheslav's death, his son Robert posted a short post on Instagram commenting on what had happened. Maryna Borzhemska, Uzelkov's ex-wife, also reacted to the tragedy.
