  • Japanese "Garden of Stones"

Created in honor of the famous flower trees. It is located in the park near the Uzh river. Here you can wander along stony paths, admire dwarf plants and relax.

The historic center with its cobblestone streets, old buildings, and cozy cafes is a place to plunge into the atmosphere of the past.

  • Castle Hill

The top offers a magnificent view of the city, the reservoir and the surrounding area.

  • Uzhhorod Castle

  • Botanical garden

The oldest in Ukraine. It has a collection of more than 6000 species of plants collected from all over the world. Here you can admire exotic flora. You can also visit the greenhouses where papaya, bananas, mimosa, eucalyptus, various palms and cacti grow. There is also a rose garden with about 120 varieties of roses.

  • Linden Alley

It is a favorite vacation spot for the locals. A walk under the shade of honey trees will help you to distract yourself and be here and now.

  • Korzo

The main street with numerous cafes, restaurants, shops and souvenir shops. It's always crowded and fun, and in the summer, concerts are often held here.

  • Jewish synagogue

It is one of the most beautiful in Europe. It constantly attracts the attention of tourists. It is located near Teatralna Square. The premises are currently used by the Zakarpattia Regional Philharmonic.

  • Holy Cross Cathedral

An architectural monument that was transferred to the Greek Catholic community. Inside you will see a Baroque iconostasis. By the way, the walls of the shrine were painted by the famous artist Yosyp Bokshai. Bishops are buried in the crypt, in the dungeons of the prayer room. Opposite the church, a square was arranged and dedicated to St. Mary Theresa. It was she who used to own the building.

  • Cafe "Under the Castle"

The oldest institution and at the same time a museum, which has been operating since 1988. It keeps exhibits from the period of Austria-Hungary, Czechoslovakia and the Soviet period. You can not only look at these items but also try different drinks, for example, Czech Coca-Cola (kofola).

  • Owl's Nest

A stone building from 1781. At first it was used as a brewery, and later as a hotel. Since independence, this place has been chosen as a location for wine festivals and theme parties.

  • Mustard Seed

Not just a restaurant but a real treasure trove of authentic Zakarpattia cuisine. This 70-meter-long pedestrian lane connects two main arteries. It is decorated in the retro style of the 30s of the last century.

  • Mineral springs with beneficial properties

You can get water in Bozdosh Park and in the courtyard of the children's hospital.
