Lazy achma with greens for breakfast: an easy recipe for those who do not like cooking
Achma is a traditional Georgian dish made with thin boiled dough and brine cheeses. In recent years, it has become so popular among Ukrainians that instead of the usual filling, they began to add cottage cheese to it and use pita bread instead of such dough.
A food blogger with the nickname healthydemure showed how she cooks lazy achma on Instagram. This dish is perfect for breakfast as it does not require much effort and time.
Ingredients for 3 servings
- pita bread - 2 pcs
- eggs - 2 pcs
- cottage cheese - 150 g
- milk - 120 ml
- cheese - 80 g
- salt - a pinch
- dill - a pinch
Method of preparation
1. Cut the pita bread into small pieces.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
3. Put the mixture into a baking dish.
4. Put it in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees.
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
