Ingredients:
- chicken liver 1 kg
- apple 1-2 pcs.
- onion 1-2 pcs.
- carrot 1-2 pcs.
- butter 50 g
- salt, black pepper, sweet paprika
Method of preparation:
1. Peel off the gossip, wash and chop the liver, fry a little.
2. Chop the onions, carrots and apples, add to the liver, add the spices and cook under the lid for 20 minutes.
3. In a separate frying pan, fry the onion in half rings in butter.
