In recent years, films based on historical themes have been gaining momentum, and Bridgerton series is once again in the news among moviegoers after the release of the first part of season 3 on May 16. Its plot is set in the XIX century, but despite the royal charm of those times, the director tried to depict that era with modern moral standards and lack of discrimination.

Interestingly, Ukrainian cinematographer Diana Olifirova worked on the last season of Bridgerton. However, she was not the only one who managed to capture the whole atmosphere of the ball, lush dresses and palaces. That's why People has collected several movies and TV series that will appeal to fans of the medieval era.
