A food blogger with the nickname alinaumami showed how to do it on Instagram. She suggested using a cheese filling for them, which is in perfect harmony with liver pancakes.

Ingredients for the dough

  • Liver – 400 gr
  • Eggs – 3 pcs
  • Milk – 150 ml
  • Flour – 100-120 g
  • Baking powder – 1 tsp
  • Oil – 2 tbsp
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Ingredients for the filling

  • Processed cheese – 2 pieces
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Boiled eggs – 2 pcs
  • Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Pickled cucumber – 1 pc

Method of preparation

1. Combine all the ingredients for pancakes in a deep bowl.

2. Blend with a blender until smooth.

3. Fry the pancakes in a frying pan greased with vegetable oil until cooked on both sides.

4. Prepare the filling. Grate boiled eggs, processed cheese, and garlic.

5. Add the remaining ingredients, except for the cucumber, and mix thoroughly.

6. Put the filling on the pancakes and add the sliced cucumber.

7. Wrap the pancakes.
