Ingredients
- wings - 1 kg
- starch - 1 tbsp
- flour - 3 tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- paprika - 1 tsp
- pepper - ½ tsp
- seasoning for meat - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
Ingredients for the filling
- butter - 50 g
- cheese - 100 g
- garlic - 3 cloves
- parsley
- paprika - ½ tsp
Method of preparation
1. Cut the chicken wings into two parts. Dry them with towels.
2. Mix all the ingredients in a separate bowl.
3. Dredge the wings in the spice mixture and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
4. Drizzle with olive oil.
5. Bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
6. Mix all the ingredients for the filling in a separate container with grated cheese.
7. Pour the filling over the wings and mix thoroughly.
