Cauliflower is a tasty and healthy vegetable that can also decorate any table with its unusual appearance. It is used to prepare many different dishes, each of which is sure to find its connoisseurs.

A food blogger with the nickname goptarenkonatali showed how to cook cauliflower so that it tastes delicious and is healthy on Instagram. It turns out that it's not difficult.

Ingredients

  • cauliflower - 500-600 g
  • breadcrumbs - 3 tbsp
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 3 tbsp
  • dried garlic - ½ tsp
  • butter - 50 g

Method of preparation.

1. Disassemble the cauliflower into florets, removing the thick stems.

2. Throw into salted boiling water and cook for 4-5 minutes.

3. Drain the cauliflower in a colander.

4. Prepare the breading mixture. Mix breadcrumbs, garlic and grated Parmesan cheese.

5. Dredge each floret in breadcrumbs and put the cabbage in a baking dish or on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

6. Melt the butter and pour over the cabbage.

7. Bake at 200 degrees for 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
