Raw carrots are a storehouse of vitamins and minerals. According to experts, it is best eaten raw. But it can also be used to make delicious snacks, spreads, and salads.

The cook shared a recipe for a delicious raw carrot spread with cottage cheese and sour cream on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • fresh carrots 250g
  • boiled eggs 2 pcs.
  • hard cheese/melted cheese 70 g
  • parmesan cheese
  • garlic 2-3 cloves
  • sour cream/cream cheese/mayonnaise 3 tbsp
  • salt/pepper

Method of preparation:

1. Grate the carrots. Grate boiled eggs, hard cheese, and garlic into the carrots.

2. Season with sour cream/cream cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Stir and you're ready to eat!
