Ingredients:
- fresh carrots 250g
- boiled eggs 2 pcs.
- hard cheese/melted cheese 70 g
- parmesan cheese
- garlic 2-3 cloves
- sour cream/cream cheese/mayonnaise 3 tbsp
- salt/pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the carrots. Grate boiled eggs, hard cheese, and garlic into the carrots.
2. Season with sour cream/cream cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Stir and you're ready to eat!
