"Fed the disabled with doping": Putin complains about the abolition of the word 'Russia' at the Olympics and becomes a laughingstock
Russian dictator Vladimir Putin has ridiculously accused the International Olympic Committee (IOC) of allegedly politicizing sport. The Kremlin leader called the organization controlled by the "collective West," for which he was immediately ridiculed by fans online.
"The current leaders of the International Olympic Committee, acting on the instructions of the collective West, and especially the United States, grossly disrespect the Olympic ideals they are supposed to protect. It has come to the point where they are completely eliminating the words "Russia" and "Russian" from international tournaments," Putin said in an interview with the propaganda news agency TASS.
Readers of the Sports.ru portal trolled the head of the Russian terrorist state. They noted that Putin's rhetoric looks frankly ridiculous and hasn't changed in years.
"The way sport is politicized in Russia, it is not politicized in any normal country", "My grandfather even doped disabled people... And now he's still smacking", "Do they live so badly and poorly also on the instructions of the collective West?", "But let us go there, to this evil rotting West in the lair of enemies", "Why does he repeat the same thing?", "Putin, send troops to Lausanne!" - they write in the comments.
