Delicious pasta with chicken and mushrooms for lunch: much better than ordinary pasta with sausages
If you're tired of the usual pasta with sausages, it's a great idea to cook a gourmet pasta with chicken and mushrooms for lunch. This dish will appeal to both children and adults. And most importantly, you will spend a minimum of time.

Ingredients:
- boneless chicken thigh - 350 g
- mushrooms - 200 g
- onion - 1 pc.
- garlic - 2 cloves
- cheese
- butter - 40 g
- oil for frying
- cream - 400 g
- noodles (spaghetti) - 250 g
- salt
- pepper
- nutmeg - 1/3 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Remove the skin from the thigh and cut into small pieces.
2. Cut the mushrooms into slices and the onion into small cubes.
3. Pour the oil into the frying pan and wait for it to heat up, add a piece of butter.
4. Fry the thigh pieces until golden brown (until cooked), season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Remove the thigh meat from the skillet and set aside.
6. Add the onion to the same skillet and fry until soft.
7. Add the mushrooms and fry over more than medium heat.
8. Fry the mushrooms, stirring occasionally.
9. Add the squeezed garlic and fry for 1-2 minutes over low heat.
10. Reduce the heat and pour in the cream at room temperature.
11. Cook for 10-15 minutes until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.
12. Season with pepper, salt and nutmeg.
13. Meanwhile, cook the noodles as long as indicated on the package.
14. Add the roasted thigh to the cream sauce and add the noodles, stir.
15. Cook over low heat for 3 minutes.
16. Serve the pasta with grated cheese.
