Crispy and satisfying potato pancakes that won't be gray: a recipe for a hearty snack
The simplest and most satisfying potato dish after mashed potatoes is potato pancakes. To make them not gray, add onion or onion juice to the base. For a more substantial version of the dish, add minced meat to the base.
The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious pancakes, which are very simple and quick to prepare and, most importantly, will be golden.
Ingredients:
- potatoes 500g
- eggs 1 pc.
- onion 1 pc.
- 2 tbsp flour with a slide
- salt/pepper
- oil for frying
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the potatoes on a fine grater and squeeze out the excess liquid. Grate the onion to the potatoes. Add the egg, salt/pepper, and sifted flour.
2. Stir and fry in enough oil until cooked on both sides.
3. For the sauce: add grated garlic and chopped herbs (dill) to the sour cream and yogurt and salt/pepper to taste.
