Christmas raisin liqueur: how to prepare delicious and festive alcoholic drink at home

Food blogger Eduard Nasirov shared a recipe for raisin liqueur on Instagram. This delicious alcoholic drink will perfectly complement the Christmas table and make the holiday more fun.
Ingredients
- raisins - 400 g
- orange - 1 pc
- brown sugar - 250 g
- candied fruit - 100 g
- cinnamon - 2 sticks
- vanilla - 1 pod
- cloves - 6 pcs
- ginger - 1/3 tsp
- red pepper - 1/3 tsp
- coriander - 1/3 tsp
- allspice - 1/3 tsp
- water - 350 ml
- alcohol - 350 ml
Method of preparation.
1. Pour boiling water over the orange, peel it and squeeze the juice.
2. Put all the ingredients in a glass container.
3. Cover the container with a lid, shake well and leave in a warm, dark place for 7 days.
4. Now you need to strain it, pass it through a paper filter two or three times, and then bottle it.
5. Cool and serve.
