After the unexpected drone attack on the Kremlin in Moscow, a new batch of Midjourney neural network creativity appeared online. This time, the artificial intelligence, which specializes in creating images, was asked to draw a picture of the "Kremlin is blazing" in the style of various world-famous artists.
The task of the AI was assigned by Ukrainian game designer Sergey Mokhov, who now works for the Finnish studio Remedy Entertainment (Max Payne, Max Payne 2, Alan Wake, Quantum Break, Control). He shared the results on Twitter.
The man said he got a one-month license to use Midjourney, which has been updated to version 5.1. It has a number of improvements, such as better detail and stylization of the image. To see what Sergei and the neural network got out of it, skip to the end of the news.
This resulted in several dozen images in a wide variety of styles - the Impressionism of Claude Monet and Auguste Renoir, the post-Impressionism of Vincent van Gogh and Henri Toulouse-Lautrec, the Art Nouveau of Alphonse Mucha, the surrealism of Salvador Dali, the symbolism of Edvard Munch, the supermatism of Kazimir Malevich, and so on. All the works are united by the theme of fire destroying the center and the key symbol of the modern Russian Federation.
Users approved of the results of the project in the comments. Some even offered to print the image on canvas and create an exhibition.
