Homemade sausage is one of the most delicious meat snacks for the holidays. It is prepared mainly from chicken or pork, supplemented with flavorful spices, baked in the oven or boiled.

Homemade chicken sausage without casing

Ingredients:

  • chicken filet - 800 g
  • thigh fillet - 6 units
  • salt, pepper
  • dried garlic
  • cream - 150 ml / chicken broth

Method of cooking:

1. Grind the chicken fillets into minced meat, and cut the thigh fillets into small pieces.

2. Add salt, pepper, garlic and cream/broth to the meat. Stir, cover with cling film and leave in the refrigerator for 5 to 6 hours.

3. Cut baking paper, sprinkle with paprika and place some of the meat. With wet hands, gently form a sausage and wrap in paper. Tie on both sides.

4. Bake in a preheated 180 degrees oven for 1 hour or cook over medium heat for 1 hour.
