Tiramisu Easter cake without baking: how and with what to make a delicious holiday dish
Not only can Easter cake for the holiday table be made with dough, but also with delicious cottage cheese, it is much easier than with dough. Such a pastry will always turn out well. You can add white chocolate, dried fruit, nuts, liqueur for a brighter flavor.

Custard mass:
- cottage cheese - 500 g
- cream - 200 ml
- butter - 70 g
- white chocolate - 70 g
- egg yolks - 4 pcs.
- sugar - 100-130 grams
- vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
Extras:
- savoyard cookies
- chocolate - a few pieces
- chilled coffee - 200 ml
Method of preparation:
1. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, add the soft butter, and whisk.

2. Cream: Heat the cream over medium heat, but do not boil! Simultaneously whisk the egg yolks with the sugar and vanilla sugar until the mixture turns white. Add hot cream in a thin stream while whisking. Then return the mixture to a saucepan and bring it to a boil on medium heat, but do not boil. Add white chocolate and stir until dissolved.

3. Add the ready cream in small portions to the curd mass and whisk until homogeneous. At the end, beat the mixture with a blender to obtain a creamy, homogeneous texture.

4. Assemble the Easter cake: line the form with wet gauze, put a spoon or two of the curd mass on the bottom, dip the cookies in coffee and put them on the curd, sprinkle the grated chocolate on top. On top of the layer of curd mass put again the cookies and coffee, sprinkle with chocolate and do so until you run out of ingredients. Put a weight on top and send the pastry to the refrigerator for 12-24 hours.
Carefully remove the finished pastry from the mold, cut it up, and serve it!
