Tastier than muffins and pies: flavorful banana bread for tea
Bananas are not only a delicious and healthy fruit but also the perfect base for flavorful pastries. They can be added to pastry dough and cream. Bananas also make a delicate pudding, ice cream and fruit chips.
Culinarian Anna shared a recipe for banana bread which will turn out very flavorful and easy, on her Instagram.
Ingredients:
- flour - 250 g
- sugar - 200 gr
- baking powder - 2 tsp.
- salt - 1/2 tsp.
- ground cinnamon - 1/4 tsp.
- almond flakes - 50 g
- eggs - 1 pc.
- vegetable oil - 100 ml
- milk - 180 ml
- banana - 2 pcs.
Method of preparation:
1. Mix all the dry ingredients.
2. Mash the bananas with a fork, add the egg, vegetable oil, and milk and mix well.
3. Add the finished banana mixture to the flour mixture, mix.
4. Grease a baking dish with butter and pour in the batter, sprinkle with almond petals and bake for 30-40 minutes at 180°C.
5. Remove the finished pastry from the oven, let it stand for 10 minutes, and remove it from the mold.
