Fried patties are a very simple, hearty and easy-to-make dish. You can prepare the dough without yeast, it will be enough to add baking soda and kefir. For the filling you can use, fried minced meat, boiled eggs, green onions, vegetables.

Cook Polina shared a recipe on Instagram for delicious fried patties with green onions and hard-boiled eggs that are made without yeast.

Pie Recipe

Ingredients:

For the dough:

  • kefir - 300 ml
  • flour - 480 g
  • baking soda - 1 tsp.
  • salt - 1 tsp.
  • sugar - 1 tbsp.
  • vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.

stuffing:

  • eggs - 6 pcs.
  • green onions - 200 g
  • salt, pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Stuffing: Boil the eggs, peel and cut into cubes. Finely chop the green onions, mix, salt and pepper.

2. Dough: add baking soda to the warm kefir, stir, add salt, sugar and vegetable oil.

Sift the flour, add to the kefir, mix and knead the dough. The dough should be soft, elastic and not sticky to your hands. Put the dough into a bag and leave it.

3. Spread the dough into pieces and shape the patties.

4. Heat a frying pan with oil and fry the patties over medium heat for about 3 minutes.
