The Chairman of the State Duma of Russia, Vyacheslav Volodin, has thrown another tantrum over sex reassignment surgeries in the aggressor country. This time, the representative of the aggressors and occupiers was outraged by the fact that people in Russia can change their gender allegedly without surgery.

A video of Volodin's hysteria at a meeting was published by Russian propagandists on Thursday, May 25. He said that people in the Russian Federation allegedly buy certificates on the basis of which their first and last names are changed at the passport office (to watch the video, scroll to the bottom of the page).

"A person gets up in the morning, goes and buys a certificate in paid clinics, while there are no psychiatrists or psychologists in the commissions - no one to examine their condition, because an agreement has been signed with WHO. And then they provide a document about the change of gender, surname, name and patronymic. And accordingly, registration takes place at the passport office in the registry office. That's why there is no mention of an operation," Volodin said.

The representative of the aggressor country that attacked Ukraine did not forget to mention Russia's main "enemies" - Europe and the United States.

"They are deceiving them! They are trying to get them involved in this, so that they go for some kind of hormone therapy, for surgery. And this is flourishing now in other countries, and if we talk about Europe and the United States, it is a complete "sodomy", Volodin said.
