Quick Easter cake in 1 hour with a creamy filling: sharing the easiest recipe
It is possible to make the Easter cake in 1 hour if you choose a dough recipe without kneading. In addition, as a rule, pastries on such a dough do not need to be left to rise, they can be baked immediately after making the dough. Even tastier would be to prepare them with a filling of berries, cream, cottage cheese.
Culinarian Alena shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious berry-filled pastry that takes 1 hour to prepare.
Ingredients:
Dough:
- flour - 300 g
- sugar - 80 g
- eggs - 4 pcs.
- butter - 20 gr
- vanilla sugar - 20 g
- cottage cheese - 200 g
- cream cheese - 180 gr
- salt - pinch
Filling:
- cream cheese - 180 g
- powdered sugar - 100 g
- raspberry - 50 gr
Method of preparation:
1. Mix sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, melted butter.
2. Add cream cheese, fermented cottage cheese, a pinch of salt to the mass, mix until homogeneous.
3. Then pour in the flour, add the leavening agent. The dough should be sticky, but not liquid.
4. Fill the molds halfway, no more, and bake for 40-50 minutes at 180C.
5. Stuffing: add powdered sugar, berries to the cream cheese and mix.
6. Cool the eastercakes, cut off the tops and take out the pulp with a spoon, fill with a light creamy filling, decorate the eastercakes with icing and berries on top.
