The 50-story IQ-quarter building located in the Moscow City business center, which was attacked by a drone on the night of July 30, houses three Russian ministries at once. These are the Russian Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media, the Ministry of Economic Development and the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

The documentation of the Ministry of Digital Development was found after the explosion on the street. The first UAV crashed exactly into the 10th floor of the 2nd tower of the Moscow City IQ-quarter, where the office of the Ministry is located, ASTRA found out. The location of two more agencies in the tower is also known, following 2019 data.

The second drone strike hit the bottom floor of the second building.

To remind, new explosions occurred in Moscow on the night of July 30. After a UAV hit the Moscow City business center, smoke was billowing from one of the towers and windows blown away.

Russia's Defense Ministry blamed Ukraine for the UAV attack on Moscow. The terrorist agency said that one UAV was destroyed in the air by air defense assets over the territory of the Odintsovo district of the Moscow region. Another two drones were allegedly suppressed by electronic warfare equipment and, having lost control, crashed on the territory of the Moscow City complex of non-residential buildings.

- Russians were shocked by the night drone attack on Moscow. One of them took a video of the destroyed apartments of a high-rise, another man said he saw a large white drone flew over the city and crashed into a building;

- Another Russian woman filmed the consequences of the damage in Moscow City business district, complaining that "the tower was blown up." The footage shows that the glazing on the first six floors was blown out. The area of damage is 40 square meters.
