It is the chicken that is the ideal meat for making rolls. And the best choice for this dish is the thigh. It is tender, soft and has a skin, which in any case should not be thrown away. This component will give the roll juiciness and will hold all the components together.

  • 5 chicken thighs.
  • salt, black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried garlic
  • 1.5-2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 6 thin slices of ham

Method of preparation:


1. Remove the skin from the chicken thigh and separate the bone. We get a fillet.

2. Add salt, black pepper, dried garlic and Dijon mustard to the thigh fillets. Mix well.



3. On the baking sleeve in one layer, lay the skin, and on top of the filet of thigh.


4. Next, lay out the ham and use the baking sleeve to wrap the roll.

5. Wrap tightly in a baking sleeve and tie the edges.




6. Transfer to a baking dish and cover with foil. Bake at 200° for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Cool the ready roll well.


7. To keep the roll in perfect shape, you can wrap the hot roll tightly in 2 layers of foil, give it the necessary shape and cool it in this form.
