How to quickly restore softness to towels: a life hack without baking soda

A blogger under the name @mama_mila_ posted a video on the social network TikTok, where she shared a useful life hack. According to her, a simple method will quickly restore the beautiful appearance of towels and eliminate the smell of mustiness.
White vinegar and essential oil
These natural ingredients can not only remove old dirt and unpleasant odors, but also make your towels soft and fluffy. The acidic properties of vinegar will break down the powder residues and the fabric will become elastic again and absorb moisture well. And essential oil will eliminate the smell of mustiness and create a pleasant aroma.
To do this, add four drops of your favorite essential oil to two glasses of white vinegar. Stir everything thoroughly and pour the mixture into the towel drum. Select a program between 40 and 60 degrees. This is the ideal temperature for washing soft fabrics.
But wash towels separately from other items. This will ensure effective and deep cleaning.
