How to quickly remove a stain on the carpet: life hacks without chemicals
Few things are as annoying as some liquid spilled on the carpet. Such flooring gets dirty instantly, and cleaning it is quite problematic due to its fleecy structure. Usually, various chemicals are used for this purpose, but you can do without them.

When eucalyptus oil works
Use this product immediately after the stain has appeared. Eucalyptus essential oil is especially effective in removing coffee stains. It is also good for spot cleaning of small stains. Larger stains and heavily pigmented stains, such as red wine, are best treated with appropriate commercial products.
How to clean stains with eucalyptus oil
Start cleaning by blotting the stain with a paper towel, carefully avoiding friction. You need to quickly collect as much of the stain as possible so that it does not have time to penetrate deeply into the carpet fibers.
Next, apply a small amount of eucalyptus essential oil to a clean, dry cloth or cotton pad. First, test in an inconspicuous place to see if it discolors your carpet. If everything is fine, treat the stained area with gentle touches. Try not to use a large amount of the substance because essential oils, if spilled, also leave difficult-to-remove greasy stains.
After treatment, collect the remnants of the product with a paper towel. If the stain has not completely disappeared, repeat the cleaning procedure. When the problem is resolved, wipe the cleaned area with a damp cloth and leave to air dry. During this time, try not to step on at least this area of the carpet.
Do not let pets into the room where the treated carpet is lying. The fumes of eucalyptus essential oil can be toxic to them. Therefore, close the room for at least a few hours. If possible, leave a window open for the entire time.
