Then open the blinds and run the cloth/sock over them again. Don't forget to wipe all vertical parts, such as the control handle, fasteners, etc.

The problem of grease is especially relevant in the kitchen. If you have grease on your vinyl or aluminum blinds, put them in a bathtub and fill it with warm water until it covers them completely. Add some dishwashing liquid and white vinegar to the water. Leave the blinds in this solution overnight. In the morning, the grease should be easily removed from the slats.

It is better to dry the blinds on a horizontal surface after washing them. This can be done outdoors by placing an old sheet or towel under the cleaned object, or on a wire rack in a well-ventilated area.
