How to make clothes smell like perfume longer: life hack

It's not always a good idea to apply the scent directly to things

Increasing the longevity of perfume is a dream of many. After all, your favorite scent often wears off quickly, and you don't want to reapply it so as not to overdo the strength of the smell.

One way to achieve this is to make your clothes smell like perfume. However, it is not recommended to apply it directly to the fabric, as it may leave stains. However, OBOZ.UA has learned about an interesting life hack to make things absorb your favorite scent and keep it longer.

To do this, take a tablespoon of ordinary rice cereal. It is able to retain aromas well and can be used to make a special flavoring for your wardrobe.

Put this amount of rice in a small linen bag or wrap it in a handkerchief. The resulting bundle will be left to be sprinkled with the scent you use, and the item is ready. Now just place it in your closet or wardrobe. It will gradually release the scent, which will be absorbed by the things.

Another way is to spray your favorite scent on cotton balls. One press will be enough to scent the ball. After that, several of these scented items are placed between things. And replace them as needed.

If you decide to apply a little scent directly to the clothes, then spray it on the back of the item. First, fragrances were developed to work with the skin and are activated by body heat, so they will work better on the inside. Secondly, this way you won't leave visible stains.

Earlier, OBOZ.UA told you how not to store perfumes - they lose their properties because of this.
