How to easily get rid of mold in the shower: a foolproof way
One of the most unpleasant parts of removing mold in the home is having to rub the contaminated area. At this point, you can release many small spores of mold-causing fungi into the air and breathe them in, which is obviously not very healthy. That's why it's recommended that you wear a protective mask when cleaning. However, there is a way to clean mold, particularly in the bathroom and shower, without such a risk.
The life hack was shared by cleaning enthusiasts on social media. This method turned out to be cheap and easy to implement. All you need is a chlorine bleach such as "Laundry" and cotton pads or paper towels.
To remove mold, even in hard-to-reach areas such as tile joints, you need to generously moisten the cotton or paper towel with bleach and cover the contaminated area with it. Press the compress firmly against the surface and leave it on for 10-30 minutes. If necessary, you can additionally moisten the material with bleach during the cleaning process. After that, remove the cotton or paper, and rinse the treated area with water. You don't even have to brush it. The chlorine will destroy the fungus along with all its spores, and the mold residue will remain on the "compress".
However, there are still some caveats to this cleaning method. You will have to wear protective gloves. Bleach is a fairly aggressive chemical that can harm the skin, so you need to protect it from chlorine.
