Modern ovens have a self-cleaning function, but it's best to use it when the house is well-ventilated. This is because the oven releases fumes, including carbon monoxide, during cleaning. Therefore, open the windows and turn on the ventilation.

Cleaning the inside of the oven

To do this, you will need special oven cleaners that can be found at any hardware store. But you can also make your cleaner. Mix ½ cup of baking soda with three tablespoons of water and rub the solution on the dirty surface. Leave it on overnight and wipe it off in the morning with a damp cloth dipped in vinegar. How to clean the grids

Do not use harsh chemicals to clean the door, as they can create toxic fumes. Instead, soak a sponge in soapy, hot water and wipe the surface.

To clean off any dirt, remove the door from the oven. Use a small scrubbing brush to remove any debris from the corners of the oven. Make a mixture of baking soda and vinegar and wipe the glass with it; if the stains are not removed, leave the mixture for 10 minutes and wipe again with a microfiber cloth.
