Gopniks, radiation and dreams of Ukraine: "Family Guy" showed the realities of life in Russia and made Russians hysterical

In the new episode of the American cartoon series "Family Guy" "From Russia with Love," the writers decided to show how, in their version, the city of Chelyabinsk looks like. They gave the settlement the name "Ural Chicago" and showed it "in all its glory".

Thus, according to the idea, the characters of "Family Guy" go to a settlement of the Russian Federation, where they see a very disappointing picture. The episode shows ruined houses, drunk and homeless residents warmed by fires, succumbing to radiation and suffering from the cow plague. It also mentions Ukraine, which Putin's government wants to take over and make part of the aggressor country. "I declare Ukraine to be part of Russia," the Kremlin Führer's delusional fantasies were voiced in the cartoon (to see the photo and video, scroll to the end of the page).

After the show's release, residents of the terrorist country literally went into hysterics, claiming that the episode contained a "deliberately offensive artistic image" of the Russian city that had nothing to do with reality. Yana Lantratova, first deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on Education, insisted that Family Guy be banned in the Russian Federation.

"Such cartoons are a conscious work against Russia. Information warfare through works of fiction. In books, textbooks, movies and even cartoons they intentionally create an image of Russia as a country where everyone is unhappy with life, drinking, using drugs, taking bribes. I hope the management of TV channels understands this and will limit the broadcasting of some stories," Lantratova said.

In addition, as the propaganda media write, the Russian parliament began to make excuses and argue that Chelyabinsk is a thriving city, which is developing not only industrial, but also cultural spheres.

Previously OBOZREVATEL told that in the series "Happy Together", which for many years was shown on Ukrainian TV, back in 2006, Russia "appropriated" the Ukrainian territories. The odious Bukin family from Yekaterinburg went on vacation to the Sea of Azov, proudly calling the Zaporozhye and Kherson regions the Russian Federation.
