For people who are rarely at home: the easiest indoor flowers that don't need to be watered constantly

Aloe vera, sansevieria, and epipremnum do not require complicated care and special growing conditions

The easiest way to quickly and effectively decorate your home to make it look truly luxurious is with live plants. They create coziness and fit into any style of interior. They also require care. Which scares people away who are worried that they won't be able to cope with this task or won't have enough time for their flowerpots.

Fortunately, there are many indoor plants that require very little attention and can do without regular watering. OBOZREVATEL tells you about such plants. Even those who are often on business trips can have them.

Sansevieria

All types of sansevieria are as unpretentious as possible to the conditions of keeping and care. They can tolerate even a month without watering and thrive in fairly dark corners of the room. The best watering regimen for these plants is to add water as soon as the soil in the pot is completely dry. Sansevierias are very resilient and grow quickly, occupying the entire pot with young plants. They are perhaps the easiest to care for, and it is quite interesting to watch them grow.

Golden epipremnum

This is one of the best plants for those who want to green their home quickly and effortlessly. A beautiful vine with bright green heart-shaped leaves feels good in low light conditions and grows quickly. It can be used to decorate walls, creating beautiful leafy cascades. The epipremnum will tell you when to water it - when its leaves start curling, you will know that it is time to add some water to the pot.

Painted scindapsus

Scindapsus painted differs from its relative Epipremnum golden with its variegated leaves. The more light the plant receives, the more noticeable this pattern will be. However, it will also do well in partial shade. The sign when it's time to water is the same as in the previous paragraph - curling of the leaves.

Fragrant dracaena

In the wild, this bush can grow very large, but it will not take up too much space in a pot. Nor will it take much effort to care for. Just let the soil under the dracaena dry out before watering it again. Also, pay attention to the condition of the plant - it begins to wither when it lacks water. But then it recovers quickly and completely after watering.

Aloe vera

One of the most beautiful succulents you can have at home. In addition, aloe vera juice is very useful for the skin - it removes irritation and treats burns. But before that, you need to grow a large enough plant. It won't take much effort. It stores water well in its leaves and can survive for a long time without watering. The main thing is not to put aloe vera in direct sunlight. The rest is not so important for it.
