The fans also performed the famous song

Fans attending the Euro 2024 qualifying match between England and Ukraine at the legendary Wembley Stadium organised a flash mob in support of the British government's donation of military aircraft to Ukraine. During the game in London, which ended in a 2-0 victory for the British, Ukrainian fans asked for fighter jets for the Ukrainian Armed Forces, sang and launched paper planes.

At the 24th minute of the meeting at Wembley, the audience sang the song "The Ukrainian Air Force needs F-16s" as best they could. This is an adaptation of the famous song "10 German Bombers", which refers to German bombers shot down by the British air force.

The song at the London arena began as follows: "There were ten Russian bombers in the air... and the Ukrainian Air Force shot down one".

And after the song was performed, hundreds of blue and yellow paper planes were launched from the stands, symbolising the fighters that the Ukrainian military needs to fight the Russian invaders in the sky.

Recall that the Ukrainian national team lost to England without a chance at the start of the Euro 2024 qualifiers. Throughout the match, our team never scored a shot on target.

Earlier, OBOZREVATEL reported that Russia reacted with wild fantasies to Ukraine's loss in the Euro 2024 qualifiers. Mykhailo Mudryk was especially hurt by Russian fans.

Also, the interim coach of the national team Ruslan Rotan revealed Ukraine's plan for the match with England.
