Zucchini boats: a gourmet dish for all occasions
Zucchini are versatile vegetables for preparing a variety of dishes. One of them is a boat with delicious and juicy stuffing. Such a dish is perfect for everyday and festive tables.
Nadiya Gamada (pp_body11), a nutritionist, shared a recipe for stuffed zucchini boats with stuffing, mushrooms, tomatoes and cheese on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- zucchini
- minced chicken - 250 g
- tomato - 50 g
- champignons - 50 g
- firm cheese - 40 g
- salt, pepper
- herbs
Method of preparation:
1. First you need to prepare the zucchini: wash, cut in half and cut out the middle (it is not necessary to throw it away). You should get the so-called two boats.
2. After that, shred the middle of the zucchini. Add minced meat and spices. Mix thoroughly. Stuff the boats.
3. Cut tomatoes and mushrooms into slices. Place on top of zucchini.
4. Grate the cheese and sprinkle over the zucchini.
5. Bake at 180 degrees for 25-35 minutes. Done!
