Zlata Ognevich shared a recipe for low-calorie khachapuri in the oven: very easy to prepare

Classic khachapuri is not always a high-calorie dish made from flour dough. You can make the pastry quite low-calorie. Use rice flour instead of the classic flour, and make the base from low-fat cottage cheese.

The recipe for diet khachapuri was shared by the famous Ukrainian singer Zlata Ognevich  (zlata.ognevich) on Instagram. The whole process takes a maximum of 30 minutes.

Ingredients for the dough:

  • cottage cheese
  • rice flour
  • eggs
  • salt

Ingredients for the filling:

  • Suluguni cheese or regular hard cheese;
  • egg

Method of preparation:

1. Mash the cottage cheese with a fork in a bowl.

2. Add the egg.

3. Add a little salt.

4. Mix everything well.

5. Add the flour.

6. Mix again.

7. Preheat the oven.

8. Spread the cheese mixture on a baking sheet covered with parchment.

9. Form khachapuri with sides.

10. Put them in the oven to bake until golden brown.

11. Take out and grate the cheese.

12. Put the egg in the middle.

13. Add some spices.

14. Put it in the oven to finish cooking.
